I hope that some people (coughcoughBartcopcoughcough) see this and realize that, yes, Kerry has some cojones. And he's planning on using them until the election (at least). This pretty much sums up pResident Never My Fault for me:

“Never wrong, never responsible, never to blame,” Kerry said. “President Bush’s desk isn’t where the buck stops. It’s where the blame begins.”

Now if only he could get the media whores to listen to him...
