What A Surprise!

Found via Daily Kos, we see that somebody has been engaging in a practical demonstration of just how easy it is to get one of those fabled Day Passes in to the White House daily press gaggle. Apparently, they have noticed that it's not quite so easy if you're not a Republic parrot who spews partisan conservative dreck as a way of life. You can read all about it here.

Also in the non-surprise category here at the Funny Farm is this gem: No general public tickets for Bush visit. Irony Overload Alert: Tickets for the president's stop to promote his Social Security reform proposal are being distributed to local groups on a nonpartisan (cough) basis through the office of Rep. Chris Chocola (R-Putsch Bootlicker), a White House spokesweasel said.
